let there be light

Matthew bought me track lighting for Christmas. He finally installed it in my studio last weekend!

Makai helped. :-)

I was having a real hard time seeing my work at night. The incandescent lights screw up colors, and the fluorescent "same as daylight" lamp I tried using made my eyes cross. Halogen is very superior. He did a real good job installing. I'm so lucky to have such a handy man!

Something else I discovered! When I brought that fluorescent lamp to the basement to be rid of it, I turned it on and snapped some photos. Turns out the light is really photogenic. I could use it for future shoots!
